Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the first 30-day client experience from signed contract through successful handoff to the Growth team.
Join inbound sales calls to provide paid media expertise, strategic support, and additional confidence during the sales process.
Lead kickoff and onboarding meetings that create excitement, confidence, and trust.
Execute paid ads "First Aid Kits," build initial campaign infrastructure, and ensure campaign structures, tracking, reporting, and account setups meet KlientBoost quality standards.
Gather, organize, and validate all onboarding assets, account access, tracking requirements, and client information.
Review sales handoff documentation to ensure goals, expectations, and commitments are executed accurately.
Identify risks, roadblocks, and missing information before they impact client timelines.
Manage multiple client onboardings simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Deliver a consultative, high-touch experience that makes clients excited to work with us.
Ensure Growth teams receive fully prepared accounts, campaigns, assets, tracking, and documentation so no additional onboarding buildout work is required after transition.

Requirements

3+ years of experience building and managing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
2+ years of client-facing account management experience.
Experience in sales, client upsells, contract negotiations, or consultative client conversations.
Strong understanding of B2B paid media strategy and experience building campaigns that drive revenue and business growth outcomes.
Experience working within an agency environment is a plus.
Experience with Asana and HubSpot is a plus.
High-energy and confident presence in virtual environments.
Deep B2B paid ads expertise across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.

Preferred

Experience in sales, client upsells, contract negotiations, or consultative client conversations.
Experience working within an agency environment is a plus.
Experience with Asana and HubSpot is a plus.
