Job Summary

You will own the day-to-day stewardship and support for media buys across multiple accounts, driving schedule collection, post-buy analysis, reporting, and vendor communication while maintaining records and addressing billing issues.

Coordinate schedules and materials with networks to keep campaigns on track
Produce timely client reports and drive continuous improvement in stewardship processes
Keep records up-to-date and resolve billing discrepancies to ensure smooth invoicing

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support media buyers across all accounts
Steward and maintain media buys on assigned accounts.
Request and track schedules, logs, post data, and other materials from networks.
Input schedules into buying systems and generate post-buy analysis reports.
Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely processing of client and vendor invoices.
Maintain buy records, contracts, and post-buy documentation.
Identify and recommend solutions to day-to-day stewardship issues.
Stay current on media industry trends and emerging technologies.
Communicate buy maintenance needs to vendors and ensure timely follow-through.
Prepare and deliver reports to clients within set deadlines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Advertising, or Communications focus preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with media buying systems and tools is a plus.
1 - 2 years of office experience preferred.
