Job Summary

Own web content management and publishing for AMD.com across product launches and campaigns, coordinating governance, accessibility, and cross-functional delivery.

Manage content in the AEM CMS for web pages and campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and stakeholders to deliver on time.
Ensure accessibility, usability, and governance of web content.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Help manage and maintain web content using AMD's Content Management System (Adobe Experience Manager - AEM).
Build, stage, test, and deploy web pages supporting product launches, campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AMD.com architecture, content strategy, publishing processes, and governance.
Construct web page layouts while ensuring consistency with AMD brand standards.
Ensure web content meets accessibility, usability, and quality standards.
Collaborate with digital marketing, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute web publishing requests on schedule.
Monitor project timelines and proactively identify risks to ensure successful delivery.
Participate in web operations meetings and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Support the development and documentation of web production standards, best practices, and business processes.
Deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders while managing multiple concurrent priorities.

Preferred

Experience supporting digital marketing, web production, or web content management initiatives.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or comparable enterprise Content Management Systems.
Understanding of website maintenance, UX principles, and responsive web design.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web technologies; additional programming experience is a plus.
Familiarity with web accessibility standards and usability best practices.
Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced marketing environment supporting multiple stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field preferred.
