Job Summary

Support and amplify Synaptic\'s voice across customer outreach by delivering clear product messaging, driving brand awareness, and gathering feedback to inform outreach and service improvements.

Own customer-facing communication initiatives and outbound outreach to strengthen brand presence.
Collaborate on consistent messaging for products, services, and promotions to inform campaigns and training.
Engage with communities and customers to build relationships and feedback loops for market insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support customer-facing communication initiatives and outreach efforts
Help deliver clear and consistent messaging regarding products, services, and promotions
Participate in brand awareness activities and community engagement programs
Build positive relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
Assist in gathering customer feedback and market insights
Work alongside team members to support communication objectives and business goals
Attend ongoing training sessions focused on professional development and leadership skills

Requirements

Full-time availability
Reliable transportation to local work locations
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong listening skills and a customer-focused mindset
Professional attitude and positive approach to teamwork
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Experience in customer service, hospitality, communications, retail, or public-facing roles is beneficial but not required
