Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day management of the Founder/CEO’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
- Manage Freedom Property Investors’ social media channels and support additional brands and channels introduced by the business.
- Maintain a clear content calendar covering production, approvals, publishing dates and platform requirements.
- Publish consistently across channels and optimise each post for its platform (captions, titles, keywords, hashtags, thumbnails, CTAs).
- Conduct a final quality check before publication to ensure every post is accurate, correctly formatted and aligned with the brand.
- Keep organised records of published content, assets, source files and results.
- Own the revision and approval stage of the short-form pipeline, reviewing finished edits quickly so completed work never sits waiting.
- Manage video editors by providing briefs, allocating work, setting deadlines
- Review every edit against a zero-error standard covering hooks, pacing, captions, accuracy, branding, audio, formatting and platform specifications.
- Provide precise, actionable revision notes so editors can resolve changes in as few rounds as possible.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience and proven track record managing social media accounts for a founder, executive, creator, personal brand, media brand or business.
- Hands-on short-form video editing, scripting, copywriting, and content strategy ex perience to be able to u nderstand hooks, retention, storytelling and pacing.
- Hands on experience with social media analytics tools and metrics and reporting.
- Willing to work with Zoom Camera ON during the 8 hours shift and to undergo a background check
Preferred
- Advanced motion graphics or after effects style animation skills.
- Ability to produce simple graphics, covers and thumbnails.
- Experience with AI video, audio and image tools used in short form production.
- Experience creating content in property, finance, business or news.
