QuickBooks Graduates Positioning & Storytelling
Own the positioning and messaging that fuels the QuickBooks Graduates program, working alongside marketing teams, sales, and partner teams who drive its broader execution. Shape clear, compelling narratives that translate product functionality into meaningful business value for small businesses that have outgrown QuickBooks — helping prospects understand not just what Acumatica does differently, but why it matters at their stage of growth, while clearly differentiating our cloud ERP platform from QuickBooks and other SMB accounting and.ERP tools.
Industry & Micro-Vertical Messaging
Go beyond a one-size-fits-all QuickBooks-replacement narrative. Build and maintain positioning and content that applies the QuickBooks Graduates story to our targeted industries — construction, manufacturing, distribution, and professional services — and their related micro-verticals, so messaging speaks directly to the specific triggers, workflows, and pain points that push each industry beyond QuickBooks.
Thought Leadership & Market Insight
Create differentiated thought leadership assets, messaging, and positioning that establish Acumatica as the trusted destination for growing QuickBooks customers. Ground our storytelling in an ideal customer profile — the QuickBooks user hitting the limits of their system — along with industry and market insights, to ensure our communications deeply resonate with real-world growing pains: multi-entity complexity, inventory and job costing limitations, lack of automation, and reporting gaps.
Go-to-Market Leadership
Work collaboratively with the broader marketing organization to support end-to-end go-to-market strategies for QuickBooks Graduates campaigns.
Customer-Centered Narratives
Partner with our customer advocacy team to review and elevate customer stories and videos from businesses that made the switch from QuickBooks, weaving authentic, real-world outcomes — by industry — into marketing assets. Use customer evidence to build trust, credibility, and emotional connection across the buyer journey.

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of three to five years of product marketing experience is required. You must possess a deep knowledge of small business accounting software (QuickBooks or comparable), ERP business management systems, accounting processes, business technology, and B2B marketing strategies. Experience marketing to or supporting one or more of the following industries is a plus: construction, manufacturing, distribution, or professional services.
