Job Summary
Own enrollment outreach and program quality for Honors and International Education, turning research, CRM management, and partnerships into measurable enrollment outcomes for diverse students.
- Own communications workflow, research, and reporting to support recruitment and yield activities.
- Own CRM, event pages, data queries, and partner collaboration to track enrollment impact and program quality.
- Partner with university and community programs to enable continuous improvement and strategic enrollment initiatives.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversees daily and long-term communications, outreach, and reporting operations of the Honors and International Education Office
- Performs research relevant to assigned areas of responsibility, develops, monitors and maintains a variety of spreadsheets, databases, reports, and presents findings to internal/external constituents
- Using relevant market analysis, develops HIE recruitment, marketing and outreach plans, including enrollment analysis and reporting
- Assists with managing communication workflow related to recruitment and yield activities, alumni relations and community outreach
- Supports training by developing and organizing department training materials and activities, assists in creation of staff schedules
- Engage with university and community partners to develop programs and partnerships that support enrollment
- Creates methods of evaluation, analyzes results and makes revision recommendations for continuous program improvement, may takes part in or lead the development of new programs
- Manages the recruitment CRM, including filter and query development, event and registration page creation, and database management; collaborates with outside consultants to develop customized content, as well as ensure overall system performance and integration
- Supports compliance reporting for HIE-related databases and for internal audits
- Actively maintains up-to-date knowledge of area and acts as a Subject Matter Expert, point of contact, and area liaison for internal and external constituents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
- Experience with data analysis
- Experience with querying systems and databases
- Experience developing digital marketing, including social media content
- Experience working in marketing and outreach
- Experience with SharePoint
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software or similar systems
