Job Summary
Own the digital storefront and data quality, turning updates, QA, and SEO into reliable online performance for Emser.com and related properties.
- Web & Content Operations: keep product pages, landing pages, banners, and seasonal campaigns fresh while guarding data integrity across feeds and local listings.
- Analytics & Optimization: build monthly dashboards and surface GA4/Search Console/CRM insights to steer content, SEO, and channel performance.
- Local & Retail Activation: manage local listings, retailer locator accuracy, and branch data to improve local search and partner onboarding.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day content updates on Emser.com and supporting digital properties — product detail pages, landing pages, new collection launches, banners, and seasonal campaigns.
- Quality assurance across pages: links, images, copy accuracy, mobile rendering, and load performance.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Creative on launch calendars and timelines.
- Build and maintain monthly performance dashboards across web, email, SEO, and paid channels.
- Pull and analyze data from GA4, Search Console, and CRM platforms to surface insights and recommendations.
- Track KPIs against targets and flag anomalies — both wins and risks — to the Director of Digital Marketing.
- Web Operations - Manage and maintain feeds and ensure product data integrity across digital surfaces.
- Web Operations - Own branch hours, contact info, and location data accuracy on Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Maps, and supporting business directories.
- Web Operations - Maintain business listings hygiene across the branch network.
- Retailer Location Management - Maintain the retailer locator on Emser.com — accurate addresses, hours, and assortment data for partner retailers nationwide.
