Job Summary
Direct and oversee the facility's Social Services Department, shaping policies, programs, and day-to-day operations to protect residents’ health, safety, and welfare while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of facility’s Social Services Department.
- Establish policies, and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator.
- Safeguard the health, safety, and welfare of all manner, in accordance with facility’s established policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- An individual that possesses a bachelor’s degree in a human services field (including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling or psychology).
Preferred
- A minimum of one year of supervised experience in mental health or human services is preferred.
