Job Summary

Coordinate marketing operations and BI efforts to support Nashville-based marketing and BD work.

Coordinate data collection, dashboards, and reporting to support BD and marketing initiatives
Assist with budget tracking and related reports across practice groups and offices
Maintain BI databases and support rankings, awards, and client development submissions

Job Description

Responsibilities

Data & Reporting Support: Assist in the collection, preparation, validation, and organization of marketing and business development data for reporting and analysis
Data & Reporting Support: Maintain and update dashboards, reports, and data tables in Airtable and other firm financial and data management systems
Data & Reporting Support: Monitor and report on business development and client development activity, including tracking matters, revenue, and engagement connected to marketing and BD initiatives
Marketing Operations & Process Coordination: Assist with maintaining process documentation, templates, and best practices related to marketing operations, reporting, and analytics
Marketing Operations & Process Coordination: Help identify data discrepancies or process gaps and escalate findings to support continuous improvement efforts
Business Development Collaboration & Research Support: Assist with research related to prospective clients, industries, business development activities, markets, and competitors to support business development initiatives
Business Development Collaboration & Research Support: Update and maintain business intelligence databases, including practice group trackers, attorney and office data, experience databases, and other internal resources
Business Development Collaboration & Research Support: Support rankings, awards, and other practice-related submissions by assisting with data gathering, tracking, and documentation
Business Development Collaboration & Research Support: Assist with tracking outcomes related to pitches, proposals, and client development activities, as directed
Budget & Financial Administration Support: Assist with tracking marketing and client development budgets, including data entry, reconciliation support, and variance tracking
