Creative Production: Ideate, plan, design, and deliver high-quality paid social ads and other assets for various digital platforms, while following brand guidelines.
Planning: Maintain a calendar of deliverables for all relevant channels and clients, and ensure they all get done and approved on or ahead of schedule.
Competitive Analysis & Strategy: Continuously research competitors and industry trends. Proactively develop new ad concepts or hooks, and present your ideas to the team.
Client Communication & Feedback: Confidently present creative concepts to clients and translate their feedback into actionable design revisions. Provide clients with guidance and recommendations when needed.
Client-Facing Presentations: Ensure that any and all assets that clients receive are consistent and meet our high standards.

Requirements

3 to 6 years of direct experience actively designing ads for paid social and other ad platforms (organic social alone does not qualify).
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.
Familiarity with Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and any other social media platforms.
E-commerce experience is a huge plus, particularly Shopify.
Exceptional planning ahead and time management skills.
A genuine interest in the furniture and design industry.
