Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Fleet Farm's social media strategy in support of marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and business objectives.
Build and manage the social media content calendar across multiple platforms.
Identify opportunities to leverage product launches, promotions, seasonal events, lifestyle content, and emerging trends.
Recommend new content strategies, publishing cadence, and platform opportunities that grow engagement and brand awareness.
Write creative briefs that define campaign objectives, messaging, audiences, and success metrics.
Partner with Creative and Video Production teams to develop compelling social content.
Review and approve content to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
Manage projects from concept through publication to ensure timely execution.
Schedule, publish, and optimize content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms using Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and platform-native tools.
Optimize posting cadence using audience insights and performance data.

Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
2–4 years of experience managing social media for a consumer-facing brand, retailer, lifestyle brand, or marketing agency.
Experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Buffer, or similar tools.
Experience using Meta Business Suite and social advertising platforms.
Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, content strategy, and audience engagement.
Experience developing content calendars and writing creative briefs.
Excellent communication, organization, project management, and analytical skills.

Preferred

Experience in retail, outdoor, sporting goods, farm & ranch, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Experience with influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
Experience collaborating with creative teams, photographers, and video production.
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and emerging social media technologies.
