Job Description
Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Brand Marketing
- Launch and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms
- Ensure listings, advertisements, signage, social content, and other materials are accurate, polished, and on-brand
- Coordinate campaign rollouts and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Maintain consistency across marketing channels and property touchpoints
- Look for opportunities to improve how we present our company and communities
- Bring a high standard of visual quality and presentation to everything we put into the world
- Collaborate with teammates to turn ideas into campaigns people actually notice
- Social Media & Content
- Create and schedule engaging social media content
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, social media, branding, communications, content creation, or a related field
- Strong written communication and editing skills
- Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Experience creating social media content and short-form video
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital advertising, and marketing analytics
- Comfort learning and working across multiple technology platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience with Google Workspace, Wix, AppFolio, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
