Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms (e.g. Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc).
- Manage audience targeting, budget allocation, creative trafficking, and campaign structure to drive efficient growth.
- Conduct ongoing performance monitoring and implement daily/weekly optimizations.
- Support structured testing across creative variations, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Analyze performance trends (CTR, CVR, CAC) to uncover optimization opportunities that support both channel performance and regional campaign objectives.
- Partner with Creative to provide data-informed feedback on messaging, formats, and content iterations.
- Ensure accurate tracking, pixel implementation, product catalog hygiene, CAPI integrations, and event configuration.
- Maintain clean account structure and campaign documentation.
- Support audience uploads, exclusions, and segmentation strategies.
- Monitor and report on key metrics including CAC, CVR, engagement rates, and spend pacing.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta and TikTok required; Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat preferred).
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization.
- Experience running performance-focused paid social ads for omnichannel consumer brands.
- Comfort analyzing data and translating performance metrics into optimization actions.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating in-platform daily.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
