Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Design, Journalism, or related preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Must be based full-time in the Coachella Valley area.

- Demonstrated Initiative (e.g., YouTube channel, photography side-hustle, blog, or helping grow a local business)
- Creative Portfolio: writing samples, design portfolio, or video reel
