Job Summary

Own AMI expansion marketing end to end, from market targeting to content and campaigns, with strong emphasis on technical value props and cross‑functional launches.

  • Own market targeting and segmentation to fuel on‑market growth and new applications
  • Lead content and digital campaigns that clearly communicate technical value and accelerate win rates
  • Align with Sales and Product to feed CRM data, enable sales with assets, and drive pipeline through multi‑channel programs

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives
  • Identify attractive target markets, applications, and customer segments
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis in coordination with Sales and Product Management to support sales positioning and strategy
  • Develop and execute initiatives to position AMI for expansion into new markets and applications
  • Develop, manage, and update marketing content, including datasheets, case studies, operator manuals, website and social media content, presentations and videos, marketing emails
  • Ensure all materials clearly communicate technical value propositions to customers
  • Develop and distribute periodic communications for channel partners and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and branding across all marketing collateral
  • Manage website content and updates, including SEO and performance optimization, in coordination with website management agency
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, and other channels)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of relevant experience in marketing
  • Experience marketing engineered industrial products in B2B markets
  • Experience developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Experience creating and managing marketing content
  • Strong technical writing and content development skills
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Adobe Creative Cloud product suite
  • Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented, hands-on mindset, ability to run a project from start to finish

Preferred

  • Experience in industrial markets such as oil & gas, energy, or chemicals
  • Proficiency using AI tools to enhance and execute marketing initiatives
