Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain email flows including Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, and Win-Back
- Implement email designs from Figma into Klaviyo accurately and on time
- Create and manage signup forms including pop-ups, embedded forms, and landing page integrations
- Build and maintain audience segments based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement
- Set up and schedule one-time campaigns across multiple client accounts
- Pull performance reports and identify drop-off points or technical issues
- QA all emails across devices and email clients before deployment
- Manage Shopify-Klaviyo integrations including app configuration and event tracking
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience building flows, campaigns, and segments
- Experience implementing email designs from Figma into Klaviyo
- Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo integration setup
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Comfortable working async in a remote-first environment
- Strong written English for internal communication and documentation
- Experience with signup form setup and list management
- Ability to pull and interpret Klaviyo analytics
