Responsibilities

• collaborate to develop and implement an event management plan centered on key events in the Arts (Departments of Art History, Art Studio, Cinema & Digital Media, Design, Music and Theatre & Dance) and strategic communications.
• Plan and manage programs that engage alumni, students, staff, faculty, donors and other key stakeholders.
• Provide oversight and management to communications and marketing support staff, including student assistants, to ensure effective outreach and program execution.
• Develop and manage an event calendar and budgets for the Arts in collaboration with leadership and reconciliation of event, travel and entertainment expenses.
• Support faculty, staff and students through the event development and execution process.
