Job Summary

Own and coordinate high-impact travel/hospitality PR by shaping client narratives, nurturing media relationships, and orchestrating proactive storytelling across channels to secure strategic coverage and integrated campaigns.

Client Ownership: Manage day-to-day relationships, timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination for multiple accounts.
Media & Storytelling: Build strong journalist contacts, craft compelling pitches, and identify proactive opportunities around trends and events.
Campaign Execution: Develop and execute strategic PR programs, organize media events, and measure coverage across local to national outlets.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day client relationships, communication, timelines, and deliverables. Anticipate needs of clients, account teams and media. Support development and execution of strategic PR campaigns aligned with client goals. Draft compelling and polished press materials, media pitches, client reports, and presentations. Secure impactful and strategic earned media placements across local, regional, and national outlets. Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, producers, influencers, and industry contacts. Organize and participate in press trips, media events, and client activations. Monitor industry trends and identify proactive storytelling opportunities; connect the dots and pivot when necessary to capitalize on global events and pop culture moments. Collaborate across teams to support integrated marketing and partnership initiatives. Represent LHG professionally during networking, business development, and industry events.
