Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with marketing team members to support go-to-market strategies, business initiatives, and project objectives.
- Conducting market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities and uncover actionable insights.
- Analyzing data and business information to validate assumptions, support decision-making, and develop recommendations.
- Communicating research findings, business insights, and project outcomes through presentations and reports.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to gain exposure to different areas of the business and contribute to meaningful projects.
- Throughout the internship, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct research and analysis, develop insights and recommendations, and present your work to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university and enrolled in a degree-seeking program throughout the internship.
- Preferred academic standing for this position: Rising Sophomore, graduating Winter 2028 or Spring 2029.
- Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Steelcase will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization and/or visas for this role.
- Desired Skills and Experience: Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Analytics, Design, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in marketing, business, or customer insights through coursework, projects, student organizations, work experience, or extracurricular involvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with a curiosity for learning and exploring new ideas.
Preferred
- Previous internship, customer service, leadership, or project experience is a plus.
