Job Summary
Own the end-to-end demand-gen engine across multiple channels, weaving together digital, field, and partner programs to drive qualified pipeline and partner-aligned outcomes.
- Campaign ownership: plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel programs tied to sales priorities and GTM initiatives.
- Lifecycle and events: run webinars and nurture programs that feed into sales-ready leads and pipeline impact.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, field, and partner channels
- Own end-to-end campaign execution from strategy through reporting and optimization
- Run always-on programs including webinars, email nurture, and content syndication
- Align campaigns with sales priorities and GTM initiatives
- Lead webinar strategy, execution, and performance
- Optimize campaigns for lead quality, conversion, and pipeline impact
- Partner with sales on lead follow-up and campaign alignment
- Work with marketing ops on tracking, attribution, and execution
- Collaborate with field and partner teams for coordinated programs
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- Proven ability to drive pipeline through integrated campaigns
- Experience across digital marketing programs
- Strong analytical skills with focus on performance and ROI
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo
- Strong project management and cross-functional execution skills
