Job Summary
Coordinate and deliver mission-aligned internal and external communications, unifying storytelling across channels while maintaining brand voice and audience relevance.
- Content Strategy: Develop authentic stories from team members and patient-care impact to inform newsletters, blogs, campaigns, and leadership messages.
- Cross-Channel Execution: Design and deploy messaging across email, intranet, Slack, and frontline tools with a shared editorial rhythm.
- Production & Asset Library: Capture visuals and audio, edit short-form content, and maintain a brand-aligned asset library, repurposing assets for broad reach.

- Develop clear, engaging, and mission-aligned content for internal and external audiences, including newsletters, announcements, blogs, campaigns, and leadership messaging.
- Identify and elevate stories that highlight team member achievements, patient care impact, and organizational values.
- Conduct interviews and gather insights from team members to support authentic storytelling.

- Adapt messaging across audiences from clinical teams to corporate staff ensuring clarity and relevance while maintaining consistency in voice, tone, and messaging standards.
- Design and deploy communications across multiple channels, including email, intranet, text messaging, and digital platforms based on audience segmentation, urgency, and organizational priorities.
- Manage and update internal communication platforms (e.g., intranet, SharePoint), ensuring content is current and accessible.

- Photography, Video, and Audio Production: Capture and produce visual content across facilities, events, and team environments to support internal communications.
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for multiple channels.
- Produce and manage internal podcast content, including planning, interviewing, editing, and publishing.

- Maintain a structured library of visual and audio assets aligned with brand standards.
- Repurpose multimedia content into short clips, written summaries, and cross-channel formats to maximize reach.
- Serve as a central coordination point for communication initiatives across departments.

- Maintain communication tracking systems and editorial calendars, ensuring visibility into active and upcoming projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of communications experience, preferably in healthcare and/or with a government contractor
- Strong background in writing and digital content development
- Strong storyteller with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content
- Experience in design, creating simple visuals and graphics
- Insights-driven problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, and Adobe applications
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Highly motivated and willingness to collaborate with a team
