Overview

Role focused on delivering exceptional service to GroupM agencies, campaign management, and cross-team collaboration across Advanced TV, Advanced DOOH, and Integrated Solutions.

Responsibilities

Responding to briefs and assisting with responses for existing clients
Media plan support across ATV, DOOH, Integrated Solutions
Monitor performance and delivery of KPIs; alert team to under-performance
Maintain agency relationships and ensure high level of client service
Budget management; up-sell, cross-sell, and assist with billing & reconciliation
Present media plans with Nexus Media Solutions teams
Collaborate with Trading, Analytics, and AdOps teams on pacing and performance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, or communications; or equivalent experience
1+ years in online marketing or digital media
Digital ad campaign experience (display, video, programmatic, social, paid search)
Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving; relationship-building
Eagerness to learn about Programmatic, OOH, and Advanced TV
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize workload
Strong initiative and ownership
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Experience with ad servers/trading platforms (e.g., DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Sizmek, Prisma, Xandr, The Trade Desk, DV360, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, Amazon)
