Establish and execute a strategic recruitment communications plan aligned with enrollment goals
Develop and manage transfer partnership marketing strategies and real-time communications needs
Build and maintain cross-functional and external partnerships to support recruitment initiatives
Direct CRM strategy, website content, print materials, and digital/social platforms
Develop and implement a comprehensive prospective student communications plan
Ensure consistent, timely, and targeted messaging across all stages of the recruitment funnel
Provide lead work direction to CRM Data Specialist
Oversee CRM utilization, training, and data-informed communication strategies
Develop and manage the admissions marketing budget
Perform other duties as assigned in support of enrollment and institutional priorities

Requirements

Master’s Degree and 3 years of experience in Admissions, Advising, Enrollment Management or Marketing OR Bachelors Degree and 4 years of experience in Admissions, Advising, Enrollment Management or Marketing.
Graphic design experience
Experience with a customer relationship management tool
Advanced knowledge of marketing strategies
Experience with social media platforms
Ability to interact with multiple and diverse groups of people and a commitment to fostering a diverse working and learning environment

Preferred

Campus visit programming leadership experience
Advanced knowledge of recruitment and enrollment practices
Experience leading staff
Higher Education Experience
