Job Summary
Meta ads performance and test execution become the centerpiece of this role; you will own daily analysis, translate findings into optimizations, and drive high impact tests with the creative and infra teams.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Analyze Meta Ad Performance
- Dive into campaign data daily to identify what's working, what's underperforming, and where opportunities exist.
- Review metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, Conversion rates, Spend efficiency
- Translate your findings into actionable recommendations.
- Research Winning Marketing Angles
- Study competitors, ad creatives, funnels, and market trends to uncover opportunities that can improve campaign performance.
- You'll be expected to think like a marketer, not just report numbers.
- Drive Execution Across the Team
- Work closely with our Creative Editor and Infrastructure Engineer to ensure priorities are clear and projects move forward efficiently.
- You'll help keep the entire marketing pod organized and focused on the highest-impact work.
- Document Insights & Opportunities
- Maintain clear records of tests, findings, recommendations, and account activity so the team can move quickly
