Job Summary

Clínica Dental La Paz seeks a Social Media Coordinator to manage content calendars, create reels, engage audiences, and track performance. Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar
Create 1-2 reels and 1 story/ week
Write compelling captions with strong calls-to-action (CTAs)
Highlight services, patient education, doctor spotlights, promotions, and testimonials
Ensure branding consistency across all platforms
Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
Respond to comments and direct messages promptly and professionally
Monitor engagement and community interaction
Stay current on trends, hashtags, and algorithm updates
Increase followers and improve engagement rates

Requirements

Experience managing social media accounts (healthcare or dental experience preferred)
Preferably someone studying Marketing/Communications
Basic photography and video editing skills
Familiarity with Canva, or similar tools
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Experience running paid social media ads
Understanding of HIPAA-compliant content practices
