Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Rethink how we approach creator marketing: Keep an eye on the creator landscape and make changes to how we brief creators, collect concepts, run approvals, how we report and then make it better. Build the templates and systems the whole team runs on, and keep iterating on them.
  • Run and build the team: Manage a team of full-time employees and freelancers. Set the standard for casting, briefs, negotiation, and client comms. Decide who leads what, and make sure nobody's underwater.
  • Own strategy across every client: Turn each client's goals into an Creatorplan that fits their brand.
  • Cast with taste: You're tapped in. You find people by being online, not by running a search in a tool. You know who's rising, who's overpriced, who's about to break and you can spot someone interesting early. You set the casting bar for the team.
  • Bring the ideas: Come up with creative concepts and give the notes that take content from fine to great.
  • Lead accounts yourself: Take a few accounts end to end: client comms, casting, negotiation, contracts, budget, and reporting. Present strategy, defend the recommendation, handle the hard conversations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in creator marketing.
  • Experience managing people. You've built and developed a team.
  • A track record running programs end to end: strategy, casting, negotiation, execution, reporting.
  • A creative brain first. You generate ideas.
  • The ability to give notes that move the work. You can look at a concept or a rough cut and name exactly what's missing and say it in a way a creator will actually want to act on.
  • A real read on the creator landscape across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and whatever's next.
  • Comfort with contracts and negotiation rates, usage rights, exclusivity, ambassador deals.
  • Experience owning meaningful budgets and being accountable for what they returned.
  • A point of view on what makes a partnership feel real versus paid for.
  • Strong client presence. You can present strategy and hold your ground.

Benefits

  • Time Off: Unlimited PTO
  • Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision - employer fully paid
  • Wellness Perks: $50 monthly credit for wellness, therapy, or fitness subscriptions
