Job Summary
The role centers on trend analytics, content operations, and distribution across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. You will manage a network of accounts and coordinate contractors, using AI tools to generate scripts and maintain quality. A data-driven approach to viral mechanics and a systems mindset are important for sustaining a high-volume content flow.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Trend Analytics: Daily monitoring of TikTok, Reels, and Shorts; tracking videos with 30–50K views while they are still trending.
- In-depth breakdown of viral mechanics.
- Constantly analyzing why certain videos "pop off" while others don’t, and applying these insights.
- Content Operations: Managing the actor recruitment funnel and regular rotation.
- Using a ready-made AI platform for generating scripts and references.
- Ensuring quality at every stage: brief → filming → editing → subtitles → CTA.
- Distribution: Curating a network of 10–50+ TikTok, 10–100+ Instagram, and YouTube Shorts accounts.
- Coordinating contractors (e.g., DoubleSpeed for TikTok auto-posting, Steel Life for Instagram, etc.).
- Collecting and analyzing data: identifying which faces, formats, and platforms perform best.
Requirements
- Experience managing a network of accounts (5+ simultaneously).
- Deep understanding of trends: the ability to explain with data/logic why a specific video gained reach.
- Experience with Reels/TikTok/Shorts and an "under-the-hood" understanding of platform algorithms.
- A systems-driven mindset: ability to build processes, create SOPs, and maintain a stable content flow.
- Skills in managing a production team (actors, editors, copywriters, etc.).
Preferred
- Experience working in a "content factory": full cycle from trend to posting.
- Knowledge of AI tools for script generation, video porting, and AI avatars.
- Understanding of US or LATAM market specifics (content in English/Spanish).
- Experience with automated funnels and DM sales in social media.
- Knowledge of content "uniqualization" methods and anti-detect tools.
