Edit short and long form video
Write LinkedIn posts, articles, case studies, emails, and website copy
Interview employees, customers, executives, and technical experts
Turn shop floor activity into compelling stories
Repurpose individual stories into multiple pieces of content across channels
Build and manage a consistent content calendar
Own strategy and execution for company pages, executive profiles, thought leadership, customer engagement, recruiting content, and content supporting outbound sales efforts
Identify target customers and industries
Develop messaging and campaigns

Requirements

Excellent writing ability
Strong content creation skills
Video shooting and editing experience
Deep understanding of LinkedIn
Strong marketing strategy instincts
Experience across multiple digital channels
Experience working directly with sales teams
Experience managing SDR agencies, lead generation partners, or outbound campaigns
Strong analytical instincts and an ability to connect marketing activity to commercial results
The ability to understand technical products and communicate them simply

Preferred

Experience using AI to dramatically increase content production and editing speed
SEO and website management experience
CRM experience
Industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, aerospace, defense, construction, engineering, or technical B2B experience
