Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve our proven email marketing engine while building new marketing channels to fuel our next phase of growth.
• Maintain and optimize our proven email marketing strategy that currently generates approximately 580 qualified appointments annually.
• Increase qualified appointments to 750 per year during 2027.
• Develop new marketing channels, especially social media, to drive sustainable growth.
• Produce 10 professional marketing videos each month.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM accuracy and reporting.
• Build and maintain the Marketing Operations Manual and Sales and Operations Manual.
• Create an annual marketing plan with quarterly revisions and updates.
• Continuously improve AI utilization and marketing automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or 3-5 years of marketing experience
• Exceptional character, ownership, curiosity, work ethic, and a desire to build something meaningful
• Experience working in a local church or Christian school, either as staff or volunteer

Preferred

• Experience building scalable marketing systems and embracing AI
