Job Summary

You will own the end-to-end advocacy and supporter engagement communications workflow, including loading and proofing emails, monitoring SMS responses, and drafting related messages under tight deadlines.

Loading and proofing ActionKit emails on behalf of both the Advocacy and Supporter Growth & Cultivation teams
Monitoring and replying to responses in our Ascend SMS inbox on behalf of both the Advocacy and Supporter Growth & Cultivation teams
Drafting some Advocacy-related email and SMS, as needed

Requirements

1+ year experience building advocacy emails in ActionKit or a similar CRM
1+ year experience building advocacy SMS broadcasts in Ascend, MobileCommons, or a similar platform
Some familiarity with c3, c4, and PAC entity guidelines and their implications
Exceptional copywriting, copy editing, proofreading, and communications skills
Excellent project management skills and a proven ability to thrive under tight deadlines
