Job Summary
Own and grow Thrivin Gymwear's TikTok Shop revenue and profitability, focusing on a scalable creator and affiliate ecosystem, live-stream commerce, and product merchandising.
- Growth Ownership: Build and execute a TikTok Shop growth plan across creator partnerships, livestreams, and product launches to hit revenue and profitability targets.
- Network & Ops: Scale the creator/affiliate program, recruit partners, and optimize commissions, promotions, and ROI.
- Content & Conversion: Optimize listings, pricing, bundles, and livestream strategies to improve AOV and livestream conversion.
Job Description
- Own TikTok Shop revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok Shop growth strategy.
- Identify new opportunities across affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, livestream commerce, and product launches.
- Build quarterly and annual channel growth plans aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social commerce opportunities.
- Build, manage, and scale a high-performing creator and affiliate program.
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with creators, influencers, and affiliates.
- Negotiate commission structures, incentives, and promotional campaigns.
- Establish performance benchmarks and optimize creator ROI.
- Develop systems to continuously expand the creator network.
