• Developing and executing our ecommerce growth strategy.
• Scaling Meta and Google advertising profitably.
• Increasing website conversion rates.
• Improving customer acquisition efficiency.
• Growing repeat customer revenue.
• Optimizing Klaviyo email marketing.
• Improving SEO and organic traffic.
• Building landing pages that convert.
• Optimizing Google Merchant Center.
• Analyzing customer behavior using GA4 and Microsoft Clarity.

Requirements

• Please DO NOT apply if you do not have hands-on Shopify ecommerce growth experience.
• We're specifically looking for someone who has:
• Successfully managed and grown a Shopify ecommerce business.
• Extensive experience managing Meta Ads.
• Extensive experience managing Google Ads (Shopping, Search & Performance Max).
• Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Advanced Shopify knowledge.
• Strong experience with Klaviyo.
• Experience with GA4, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on data—not assumptions.
