Own the organization's digital strategy and product direction, leading website management, analytics, brand stewardship, and governance while guiding a multidisciplinary team through emerging technologies and responsible AI initiatives.

  • Oversee web publishing, analytics, governance, and brand stewardship across digital channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least eight years of relevant professional experience, including at least three years managing staff.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing an organization-wide digital strategy.
  • Significant experience leading digital product development, website management, web design, or a related function.
  • Experience managing and mentoring multidisciplinary staff and building effective, collaborative teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product roadmaps, prioritize competing needs, and lead complex projects from planning through implementation and evaluation.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Familiarity with modern web-development technologies and frameworks, including JavaScript and React, and content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or comparable analytics platforms and the ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience with project-management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of current user experience, user interface, web accessibility, privacy, and digital publishing practices.

Preferred

  • Experience in public policy, research, journalism, higher education, advocacy, or another mission-driven environment is a plus.
