Job Description

Responsibilities

Source, vet, and test new creators every month, building a pipeline that reflects the women SEEQ is actually for (rather than creators who are easiest to book).
Build and manage a paid retainer roster structured for repetition and rich advocacy (vs. one-off seeding and one-time posts) and renew where the evidence supports it.
Write creator briefs that give clear direction, success metrics, and real creative freedom while holding the bar high on what comes back.
Own usage rights and whitelisting opportunities. Negotiate agreements that include paid social usage up front and pre-agreed rates for extensions to Amazon, YouTube, streaming, and retail media, so a winning asset can seamlessly and quickly deploy.
Run the free product seeding pipeline, including sourcing, shipping coordination, follow-up, and tracking which seeding converts into shared content.
Coach and inspire the affiliate & creator community! Give them things worth sharing about, educate on what is working for other creators, and raise the quality of content.
Build the relationship pipeline toward larger and deeper partnerships and continuously prospect new creators to outreach, introduce SEEQ, and get them excited to work with us.
Film, edit, and publish short-form video yourself when needed.
Build demonstration-first content that teaches the Clear Protein format: how it pours, how it mixes, how it tastes, and how it fits into a real day.
Maintain a consistent publishing cadence across TikTok and Instagram. Test out if there is opportunity to do any native content on Facebook and YouTube Shorts, and adapt fast when a format signals that it is working.

Requirements

4+ years in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, social content, or content production at a consumer brand or a creator-led agency.
A portfolio or reel of short-form video you personally shot and edited, with metrics attached. We want to see what performed and hear why you think it did!
Experience managing a roster of ten or more creators, including briefs, retainers, rate negotiation, and executed usage rights.
Real production ability. You can film on a phone, light a simple setup, and edit in CapCut, Premiere, or comparable tools.
Performance creative literacy. You understand hook rate, three-second retention, and how to iterate on a winner rather than chasing a new idea every week.
You can write a brief by taking a strategy and turning it into direction a creator is excited about!
Evidence that you can build for a target consumer audience you may not be yourself, but are curious and research-minded enough to learn what moves them.
Native production fluency on TikTok and Instagram.
Comfort using AI tools to accelerate concepting, scripting, editing, and versioning, with opinions about where they help and where they just result in generic work.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. You have thrived somewhere small or high-growth where you built a process vs. inheriting one.

Preferred

Food, beverage, supplement, wellness, or beauty brand experience.
Experience at a brand that had to teach people a new product format.
Experience at a business where retail was the primary revenue channel, and an understanding that content has to serve velocity and not only a DTC cart.
You have negotiated your own creator agreements.
Affiliate program, TikTok Shop, or creator commerce experience.
A personal desire to work in active nutrition, wellness, or at an emerging brand.
