Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage a small group of freelancers, including scoping work, giving actionable feedback, and keeping timelines and budgets on track.
Spot opportunities for automation (batching, scripts, export workflows) that improve speed without sacrificing quality.
Maintain a steady testing cadence with Search and Social teams.
Review performance results with the team and determine what to scale or retire.
Monitor overall creative effectiveness and the resources required to achieve it.

Requirements

2–3+ years in art direction with shipped work that moved KPIs.
Hands-on comfort with generative AI tools (image/video/copy) and thoughtful promptcraft.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC; experience building and maintaining design systems.
Familiarity with platform specs and constraints across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and programmatic.
Experience managing freelancers or a small production team.
Fluency in growth metrics and creative testing.

Preferred

Branding experience, Automation or scripting chops; motion/video workflow experience.
