Serve as the primary strategic expert throughout the campaign development process, collaborating closely with Campaign Managers and other cross-functional team members.
Partner with Marketing Development Strategists to create and enhance effective marketing strategies.
Transform strategic goals and objectives into actionable plans for execution.
Work collaboratively with team members to assess campaign performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and promote innovative and diverse viewpoints.
Identify opportunities for testing and learning within campaign efforts to enhance effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of marketing and/or advertising agency experience required.
Proven experience leading marketing initiatives and working successfully within a matrix organizational structure.
Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives and foundational strategy into campaign execution including strong brief writing and executive presentation skills.
Proficiency leveraging audience analysis, consumer insights, and competitive insights to inform strategic artifacts (briefs, presentations, annual plans, results summaries, etc.)
