Job Summary

Drive Medicaid storytelling and dissemination for ACS CAN, coordinating volunteers, partners, and a structured story bank.

  • Own identify, interview storytellers, and enter stories into the story bank.
  • Must-have: 2-4 years of experience and Bachelor's Degree.
  • Standout: Collaboration across internal/external teams to execute a data-driven storytelling campaign.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and interview potential storytellers and enter stories into the story bank; may write stories and engage storytellers.
  • Assist in development and execution of plan for identifying and collecting diverse stories; support execution of a media plan to disseminate stories; identify, collect, produce and deploy stories in a story-sharing campaign; recruit volunteers.
  • Package Medicaid stories for social media as part of a digital campaign.
  • Consult on development and participation in strategies for volunteer, partner, policy maker, and legislator engagement.
  • Assist in execution of contracts, contract/grant/invoice tracking, vendor communication, and budget reporting and compliance.
  • Establish and maintain collaborations with internal teams and external partners to forward campaign objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Minimum Degree Required)
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Driver’s License: Preferred

Preferred

  • Experience in advocacy story collection
  • Proficient skills using Canva, infographics for storytelling
