Job Summary
Own reputation and asset governance by coordinating reviews, advocacy, and asset production while turning customer feedback into actionable brand insights.
- Brand Asset Governance: Build and maintain a centralized library and versioning governance to ensure current, approved materials are accessible.
- Review Monitoring and Advocacy: Drive review generation, monitor sentiment across key platforms, and pull actionable insights for the brand team.
- Asset Production Partnerships: Manage agencies and internal teams to create presentations, collateral, eGuides, and infographics that align with brand guidelines.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Brand Marketing in the execution of Kapitus' online reputation management strategy.
- Monitor and respond to reviews across Trustpilot, Google Business Profile, BBB, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate review-generation initiatives designed to increase review volume and improve customer ratings.
- Assist in identifying and addressing customer concerns surfaced through reviews and customer feedback.
- Track and analyze customer sentiment, recurring pain points, and positive feedback trends.
- Prepare regular reporting and insights related to customer reviews, ratings, and reputation performance.
- Support customer advocacy initiatives including testimonials, case studies, and customer spotlights.
- Serve as the day-to-day project manager for brand asset development initiatives.
- Coordinate with external creative agencies and internal stakeholders to produce:
- PowerPoint presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- 5+ years experience in brand marketing, communications, PR, customer marketing, content marketing, or a related field.
- Superior project management skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, industry contacts and colleagues.
- The ability to connect with individuals on both a personal and professional level

- Competitive Base Salary Range of $68,700 to $110,200. Kapitus is providing this as a good faith salary range to comply with applicable law. The applicant’s final salary will depend on a number of factors including the applicant’s geographic location, skills, and experience
