Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the visual direction and execution of high-impact design initiatives across Facet’s marketing ecosystem, including websites, presentations, emails, advertising, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Design and maintain best-in-class marketing web experiences that effectively balance storytelling, usability, accessibility, and performance metrics.
Own and evolve the visual design system, ensuring consistency in typography, color, layout, motion, and overall aesthetic identity.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Design, Engineering, and external agencies to develop integrated, cohesive brand experiences.
Create campaign and communication toolkits, scalable frameworks, and reusable assets to streamline creative processes and ensure brand consistency.
Translate performance data and user insights into impactful visual designs that enhance conversion and engagement.
Design and implement AI-assisted creative workflows, building asset pipelines that enable faster execution and iteration.
Support in-product design efforts to align with overall brand strategy and meet project deadlines.
Participate in cross-functional critiques, articulate design rationale, and advocate for user-centered, innovative design solutions.

Requirements

7+ years of hands-on experience in visual, brand, and web design within consumer digital products.
Exceptional visual design instincts with a strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, responsive web, and marketing assets.
Deep expertise in designing responsive web experiences, with a solid understanding of modern web capabilities, accessibility, and performance considerations.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
Experience in building scalable design systems and reusable components.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, motion, and visual detail.
Experience leveraging generative AI tools within creative workflows to boost productivity without compromising quality.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to advocate for design decisions across cross-functional teams.
Self-starter with a proactive approach, comfortable navigating ambiguity and embracing continuous brand evolution.
Online portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft and strategic thinking.

Preferred

Experience in lifestyle or wellness industries is a plus.
Familiarity with A/B testing, CRO, or growth experimentation is a plus.
