Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the visual direction and execution of high-impact design initiatives across Facet’s marketing ecosystem, including websites, presentations, emails, advertising, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain best-in-class marketing web experiences that balance storytelling, usability, accessibility, and business performance.
- Own and evolve the visual design system, ensuring consistency in typography, color, layout, motion, and detailed design elements that reflect the Facet brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Design, Engineering, and external agencies to bring integrated experiences to life.
- Create campaign and communication toolkits and scalable frameworks to enhance creative consistency and reduce dependency on external agencies.
- Translate performance data and signals into impactful visual designs that drive high conversion rates and user engagement.
- Design and implement AI-assisted creative workflows, building efficient asset pipelines that increase team productivity.
- Support in-product design initiatives to meet development roadmaps and project deadlines.
- Present and defend design decisions confidently during cross-functional critiques with stakeholders and leadership teams.
Requirements
- Online portfolio showcasing exceptional visual craft, brand systems, responsive web design, and work across growth and marketing channels.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in visual, brand, and web design within consumer digital products.
- Proven ability to develop scalable design systems and reusable components rather than one-off solutions.
- Deep expertise in designing responsive web experiences, with a strong understanding of modern web capabilities, accessibility, and performance optimization.
- Active utilization of generative AI tools within creative workflows to enhance efficiency without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- Self-starter with excellent collaboration skills, able to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and take constructive feedback.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and convincingly.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and contributing to ongoing brand evolution.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, CRO, or growth experimentation is a plus.
