Job Summary

Own end-to-end email campaigns from planning through deployment, QA, and performance analysis, collaborating with CRM and cross-functional teams to meet brand and compliance standards.

Manage campaign creation, scheduling, testing, and deployment in Asana.
Review performance data and deliver actionable insights to improve value.
Coordinate with CRM and stakeholders to ensure targeting, approvals, and timely execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and update email campaigns and tasks in Asana daily.
Schedule, test, and deploy email campaigns to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Perform quality assurance reviews of email campaigns to confirm that data, links, copy, and imagery align with brand standards.
Partner with the CRM team to ensure that all targeted segments are included in each email campaign.
Collaborate with marketing partners and project stakeholders and other internal teams as needed.
Maintain campaign intake, review, routing, approvals, and deployment timelines with cross-functional partners to ensure each email meets business, brand, legal, and operational requirements.
Review campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations that deliver business value.
Provide informed feedback to internal requests while maintaining positive relationships.
Perform other related duties assigned by management

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Working knowledge of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, audience segmentation, unsubscribe requirements, accessibility, and applicable privacy and anti-spam regulations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to review and summarize email performance metrics, including open rate, click-through rate, conversion activity, list health, testing results, and campaign trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in an email service provider or marketing automation platform.
Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus.
