Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective builders and contractors.
• Make outbound phone calls and send follow-up emails.
• Connect with prospects through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Introduce Southern Summit’s design services.
• Schedule appointments with qualified decision-makers.
• Maintain a simple record of outreach and follow-up.
• You are not responsible for creating designs but would be closing technical sales. Your primary role is opening doors and generating qualified opportunities.

Requirements

• Friendly and confident on the phone.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently.
• Self-motivated and organized.

Preferred

• Sales, marketing, construction, landscaping, pool, or home-building experience is a plus—but not required.
