Job Description

Responsibilities

Design and optimize scaled creator growth strategies to motivate creator affiliate commerce activity for a specific sector of merchants
Leverage communication channels to refine mechanisms for increasing creator engagement and simultaneously build merchant and program trust
Develop strategies and insights to target and incubate new creators for program activation to strengthen merchant footprint through communities and brand partnerships
Analyze affiliate creator data to provide key insights to stakeholders regarding product penetration, creator performance and growth

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above
3+ years experience in creator or e-commerce partnership management and operations
Strong work experience building and implementing scaled creator/influencer/user/business partner growth programs to achieve revenue goals
Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams to develop plans and execute projects
Comfortable navigating and driving results in a fast-paced environment and is open to change
Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong problem-solving skills

Preferred

Mixed experience working with merchants and teams who operate globally
Familiarity with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce and livestreaming
Knowledge with community management tools, software and automation
