Our mission is to bring together the energies, talents and abilities of people anointed for service who are capable, qualified and motivated to operate professionally and in excellence in a Christ-centered environment, thereby fulfilling the vision and calling of this ministry.Almost 500 highly skilled employees staff the facility of World Changers Church International, both at home and in our satellite offices in the United Kingdom, the Republic of South Africa, Australia and India; along with several United States locations. Through the leadership of our founders and pastors, Dr. Creflo Dollar and Taffi Dollar, we empower our staff members by helping them to realize their spiritual, personal and career objectives.The borders of the United States do not restrict the impact this ministry is making worldwide.
