Workshops Empowerment Inc.

Workshops Empowerment Inc. (WE Inc.) is a Birmingham, Alabama nonprofit with more than 125 years of experience helping people living with disabilities and barriers to employment find meaningful work and build independent lives. Our programs include vocational rehabilitation, job training, transitional employment, and workforce development services- supported by our Affirmative Business Enterprise, which provides assembly, packaging, and fulfillment solutions for local businesses. We also operate Empower Café, a full-service café and catering operation, and WE Made, a line of Southern-inspired food products and home goods.
