We believe everyone can dance. Vitality Ballet offers artistic exercise classes for the young at heart. Our classes are specifically designed for adults 50+ and seniors. Movement is key to longevity and ultimately independence. Our classes consist of modified ballet and yoga exercises that can be done entirely from a chair or standing at the "barre".Started in St. Louis by a professional ballet dancer, our classes are taught all over the region at a variety of locations including public community centers and senior living communities.Our classes are great for improving balance, stability, range of motion, coordination and memory. All ages can enjoy the benefits of ballet on the mind, body and spirit.
