Tropicana Properties

Tropicana Properties is a management company dedicated to offering affordable housing to low income families since 1999. It has been growing continuously due to the commitment to the community and it’s residents- most notably via social services programs including the homebuyer assistance program- “Let Tropicana Properties put you in a Tropicana Home”- which has helped dozens of families reach their dream of owning their home. Currently Tropicana Properties manages 31 properties throughout El Paso County with almost 3500 units combined, and four additional properties opening by 2020.
