THE UPCOUNTY HUB INC

The Upcounty Hub in Germantown, MD, is a beacon of community support dedicated to combating food insecurity and providing essential human services without barriers. Founded in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Hub operates on the principle of preserving the dignity and privacy of those in need by not requiring documentation for assistance. We serve an average of 1,300 families by distributing over 35,000 pounds of food weekly through our drive-thru distributions, Diaper distributions, home deliveries, and more ensuring access for all, including seniors and those with disabilities. Our partnerships allow us to offer free clinics, case management, and emergency aid, making us a vital resource in Northern Montgomery County.
