As the only academic health center in the state, UNM HSC combines its three mission areas - education, research and patient care - to provide New Mexicans with the highest level of health care. UNM HSC was established in 1994 and is located on the University of New Mexico campus in Albuquerque, New Mexico.UNM HSC is made up of the following academic and clinical entities: * School of Medicine * College of Nursing * College of Pharmacy * College of Population Health * Health Sciences Library and Informatics Center * Clinical & Translational Science Center (CTSC) * UNM Hospitals (New Mexico's only Level I Trauma Center) * UNM Comprehensive Cancer Center * UNM Sandoval Regional Medical Center
